An unexpectedly good item. I have never had a electrode style massager before and this was definitely interesting. It feel like little prickles and also vibrations massaging ur neck. The heated feature is nice too. After the massage and you take it off you feel like you have a much more flexible neck due to the circulation.

First follow the directions! The heat is nice added bonus but its really like a tens unit then a massager. So be cautious or like me you'll find yourself shocking yourself. It gives off electric impulses. It is small and very convenient. However I prefer the old fashion massage so this isn't really cutting it, not what I thought it would be. The small tingles are meant to stimulate but even following the directions and on the lowest setting...I am getting shocked lol. SO for those who prefer to have electric stimulation this is for you.

So the quality and finish on this is very well made. The design is very sleek. When wearing this it doesn't feel uncomfortable and is pretty lightweight. The pressure it puts out is a decent strength enough to untense my neck. Overall it really nice and relaxing to wear and use while using my computer. The battery life is good too.

This is my first time tying something like this. It is absolutely unreal and so effective!
First of, you will need to fully charge it. The directions on this are lacking, and can use better diagrams or pictures. Second, you will need to slightly wet your neck before applying this. I wet my neck, i place this thing over my neck, and I pressed the on button (note that you will have to hold on to the power button for about 5 seconds until it turns on - there is a beep and a light that will turn on). Finally, you will take the small remote that came with it (batteries are included), and you will press the + button and it will turn on... it is electrodes that will move your muscles. It kinda scared me initially, but i got used to it, and it feels really amazing. It treated my sore neck and all other issues revolving it.
I would totally try this thing if you have some neck issues. Very cool and very effective.

Until now I have been the official neck massager around here and my wife has been appreciative. I suppose we are all replaceable. I should be threatened by this absolutely awesome non-human masseuse, yet the football game on TV is call me right now, too! In all seriousness, I hope I’m still needed because I’m darned good at this. However, we don’t all have a highly skilled unpaid massage assistant close at hand. This Vibe neck massager device is awesome, too. (Not as hot as me, mind you!)

I just tried my neck massager and I'm in LOVE! I have a disease called Cervical Dystonia which cause very painful muscle cramping in the neck. I came across this neck massager and saw it had a 30 day return policy, so thought I'd give it a try. It's very comfortable which surprised me because I usually don't like things touching my neck. I love the feel of the electrical impulses (there are 3 different settings) They feel like little hands beating my neck. (15 intensity settings)

The Smart Neck Massager is not for me. The only good feature it has is the heat option, but I prefer a heating pad over this thing. It does not message. It puts some kind of electrical charge in your neck. It feels very uncomfortable like being stung by a bee or insect, or maybe being pricked by a needle—in other words, not good. It did nothing to make my tense neck relax. It’s just not for me. I get migraines and I really feared that it would trigger a migraine if I continued to use it.
It’s easy to use but I don’t like the feel of the weight on my neck either.
I don’t recommend this device.

Calling this a “massager” is a stretch. It just zaps you’re neck. Don’t get me wrong I think it does an ok job of doing what it’s meant to but it’s definitely not a massager. It looks cool as is comfortable to wear. You have to put water/oil on your neck in order for it to get a good connection to your neck muscles.
